If you have identified defects in one or more of the items ordered, you can proceed with a return request by contacting us
Please note that it is mandatory to provide some pictures;
- A photo of the entire item;
- A photo of the defect;
- A photo of the product's label;
- A picture of the garment's (hangtag) or other packaging (box) showing the size and style details;
- A photo of the bottom of the soles if footwear;
